The Introducer

– The Introducer must have a fully registered Aesthetics Associates account.

– A £25 voucher will be enabled on the Introducer’s account once the recommended candidate placed order(s) to the value of £250 with Aesthetics Associates. There may be an up to 5 working day delay to apply the voucher onto Introducer’s account.

– Only one voucher will be issued per referral. However, the Introducer can refer recommended candidates as many times as they wish as to introduce new valid customers to Aesthetics Associates and will receive additional vouchers accordingly.

– The recommended candidate must be live on a medical register and are subject to our due diligence checks.

– As soon as the recommended candidate’s account is verified, they will be eligible to become an introducer themselves and start utilising our Refer a Friend program.

– The offer is not open to a recommended candidate who is already registered with Aesthetics Associates at the time of the referral.

– There are no limits to the number of referrals that can be made.

– The recommended candidate must be notified and have consented to their details being passed to Aesthetics Associates for this scheme before the date of the referral. This is the responsibility of the Introducer and is subject to the Data Protection Act/GDPR. All information received by Aesthetics Associates is taken in good faith and on the understanding from the Introducer that they are authorised to pass the recommended candidate’s information to us.

– If the recommended candidate cancels/returns their first order, Aesthetics Associates will reclaim any rewards given to the Introducer’s account for the Refer a Friend program.

The Offer

– The voucher must be used within 6 months of receipt.

– Each voucher is valid for one time use only.

General

– The Refer a Friend program cannot be utilised by people already in partnership with Aesthetics Associates. It is also unavailable to those who work with or own training companies.

– The Introducer and the recommended candidate cannot be the same person. If we identify that they are the same person, the offer will be void.

– Aesthetics Associates reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or withdraw the scheme at any time and without notice.

– Information supplied will only be used in accordance with this scheme and not passed to any third parties as per our privacy policy.

– Recommended candidates can only be referred to Aesthetics Associates once. If a candidate is referred to Aesthetics Associates more than once, only the first person to refer that candidate to Aesthetics Associates will be eligible for a referral reward under this scheme

– The voucher cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed, replaced, or refunded for cash.
