Delivery & Returns
All orders placed before 3:30pm Monday to Thursday will be sent standard next day delivery with APC, DHP or DPD. This excludes Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Orders placed between 3:30pm Thursday and 3:30pm Friday will be dispatched for Saturday delivery only (this will be the only option at checkout). This is to ensure our customer service team and pharmacy partners can place orders correctly and efficiently, especially if the order contains a cold chain item. The standard next day delivery service is still available if you call our customer service team on 0121384717. They can then arrange non cold chain orders for Monday delivery or Cold chain orders to be processed Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Next Day before 12:00 (midday) is available as an upgrade at the additional cost of £15.00 +VAT.
Orders below £250 ex VAT will have a standard next day delivery charge of £10 + VAT
If an order contains Allergan Botox only and is below £250 ex VAT there will be a standard next day delivery charge of £4.16 + VAT
If your order contains Neostrata below the value of £100 ex VAT there will be a standard delivery charge of £6.66 + VAT
If you order contains OBAGI below of value of £500 ex VAT there will be a standard delivery charge of £15 + VAT
Please be aware that we use different pharmacy partners depending on what products brands you are ordering and product availability. Our pharmacy partners all use different third-party couriers so your order may arrive separately, tracking information will be sent to you however please call our customer service team if you have any queries.
Please note that due to the nature of the distribution industry (traffic jams, van breakdowns, adverse weather conditions etc.) no deliveries are guaranteed and the suppliers and therefore J B Aesthetics Ltd cannot take any responsibility for failed deliveries.
Cold Chain Orders
For failed delivery of cold chain orders, a redelivery or collection must be arranged with the third-party courier within 48 hours of dispatch as to not break the cold chain. If you have not received your delivery on the expected day and you are unable to track your order, please call our customer service team immediately so we can endeavour to locate your order. Aesthetics Associates will not be liable if an order containing a cold chain item is not retrieved or collected within the allocated time scale. JB Aesthetics Limited will be unable to refund or replace items. We remind our customers to ensure that they are available for chosen delivery date and to consider whether they wish to place an order just before the weekend or bank holiday.
J B Aesthetics Limited (t/a Aesthetics Associates) will only receive returns on faulty or incorrect goods. We ask that you do not throw any goods you wish to return away as they will need to be returned to pharmacy, we advise taking photos and making note of the batch number or product code if it has one. If the item is disposed of JB Aesthetics Limited will be unable to replace the item. Please contact our customer service team immediately and they will help you with the next steps.
