We are proud to share our new Prescription Builder.

It was created to help our customers:

• Create a prescription request at the point of consultation
• Comfortably prepare a prescription to use in the future
• Speed up the shopping process with the quick Add to Basket function

 PRACTITIONERS

Our step-by-step guide:

1. Go to your Account section, and click ‘My Prescriptions’, then ‘New Prescription’
2. Select either an existing patient from the dropdown, or add a new patient
3. Click ‘Add Products’ and search for the items needed for chosen patient. Add dosage and clinical direction if necessary
4. When you’ve finished adding products, click the ‘Authorise Prescription’ button. Under ‘Choose a Prescriber’ select your connected Prescriber from the dropdown and click ‘Request Signature’
5. The prescription request will be listed in the ‘My Prescriptions’ dashboard. Once approved, this can be added to your cart.

Please note that if your order is made up of only prescriptions created in the Prescription Builder, there is no need to send any additional signing requests from a connected prescriber at checkout.

PRESCRIBERS

Our Prescription Builder is also a great tool for our prescribers too. You can easily build your order at a convenient time, sign it, and add to your basket when needed.
