Delivery Information

All orders placed before 3:30pm, Monday to Thursday, will be dispatched via standard next day delivery using DHL, DPD, or Royal Mail. Orders placed after 3:30pm on Friday will be processed after the weekend for Tuesday delivery. This excludes Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Cold chain orders placed after 3:30pm on Thursday will be dispatched for Tuesday delivery, unless Saturday delivery is selected at checkout.

Please note that we use a range of pharmacy partners depending on the brands and product availability in your order. These pharmacy partners may use different third-party couriers, so your order may arrive in separate deliveries. Tracking information will be provided; however, if you have any queries, please contact our customer service team.

Delivery Charges

Standard Next Day Delivery under £450: £10 + VAT

Standard Next Day Delivery over £450: FREE

Next Day Delivery before 12:00 (midday): £15.00 + VAT

Saturday Delivery: £35.00 + VAT

Orders with Neostrata under £100 (ex. VAT): £7.50 + VAT delivery.

Additional Delivery Charges

Orders containing products that are exclusive to a particular pharmacy may incur additional £10 + VAT costs. This includes Alluzience, Azzalure, Bocouture, Colorescience, Hydropeptide, Intraline, Jan Marini, Medik8, Obagi, Relfydess, Restylane, Revanesse, Revolax, Scultpra, Seventy Hyal, Skrybe, Softfil, The Skin Diary, Topilase, and ZO Skin Health. 

Orders containing Neostrata products totalling less than £100 (excluding VAT), will carry a standard delivery charge of £7.50 + VAT.

Cold Chain Orders

Cold chain items include: all toxins (excluding Bocouture) and Mounjaro. In extreme weather conditions, such as heatwaves, additional products may require temperature-controlled shipping in line with the manufacturer’s storage guidelines.

Missed or Failed Delivery

For failed delivery of cold chain items, redelivery or collection must be arranged with the third-party courier within 48 hours of dispatch to maintain the cold chain. If you have not received your delivery on the expected date and are unable to track it, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can attempt to locate your order. JB Aesthetics Ltd will not be liable if a cold chain order is not retrieved or collected within the required timeframe and will be unable to refund or replace such items.

We strongly advise ensuring someone is available to receive your order on the chosen delivery date and to consider the timing of orders placed just before weekends or Bank Holidays.

Due to the nature of the distribution industry (e.g., traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, adverse weather conditions), deliveries cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, neither the suppliers nor JB Aesthetics Ltd can accept responsibility for failed deliveries.
