Key Order Dates & Delivery Information

Please note that due to weather conditions and increased demand on couriers during the festive season, we strongly advise all customers to place orders well in advance. Next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Wednesday 18th December: Recommended last day for cold-chain and ambient products for delivery before Christmas. Order cut-off is 3pm.

Thursday, 19th December: Final day for ordering cold-chain and ambient products for delivery before Christmas. Order cut-off is 3pm.

Friday, 20th December: Orders for ambient products will be processed but may arrive after Christmas. Order cut-off is 3pm.

All orders placed after 3pm on Friday 20th December will not be processed until Thursday 2nd January 2025.

Monday 23rd December: Our office will be open between 9am-5pm.

Tuesday 24th December: Our office will be open between 9am-12pm.

Wednesday 25th December – Wednesday 1st January: Closed.

Thursday 2nd January: Our office will be open 9am-5pm.

Couriers will deliver parcels on Friday, 27th December, Monday, 30th December, and Tuesday, 31st December. However, please note that our offices will remain closed on these dates, and we will be unable to assist with any delivery issues during this time.
